SKE Pure Steam Generators are used to produce pure steam which is widely used for sterilisation of pharmaceutical equipment and production piping line and storage tanks. When condensed, meets CGMP, USP, EP and JP.

Working principle
- Qualified feed water will pump into the condenser after increased the pressure by multistage centrifugal pump.
- Then pump into Separator and Evaporator.
- Water will be heated in Evaporator by industry steam to evaporation temperature and build a strong heating circulation.
- Steam & water mixture will go to Separator, after gravity separation and upper spiral device, pure steam will come out.
- Unit is completely piped, wired and assembled on stainless steel skid
- Wet side Stainless Steel 316L, electropolish, Ra≤0.2um
